US releases video of another strike on a boat near Venezuela | Conflict

The US has released video it says shows its military striking a boat near the coast of Venezuela, reportedly killing four people it accused of ‘trafficking narcotics’. The strike comes after President Donald Trump said the US was in a ‘non-international armed conflict’ with cartels.
