79,000 Israelis left country in 2024, outnumbering newcomers, official figures show – Middle East Monitor

Around 79,000 Israelis left the country last year, a figure significantly up from a year earlier, amid rising regional tensions over Tel Aviv’s ongoing war on the Gaza Strip, Anadolu reports.

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Israel’s population reached around 10.148 million people, with a growth rate of 1.0%.
