Israel’s Supreme Court has rejected a petition filed by families of Israeli prisoners. The petition demanded the government restore electricity to Gaza.
Justice Alex Stein dismissed the case outright. He said the matter is not for judicial review and lies solely with political leaders. “Tel Aviv is under no obligation to supply electricity to Gaza,” he stated.
