Senior Hamas official Ezzat al-Resheq has accused Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu of seeking an endless war, calling him “the real obstacle to ceasefire and prisoner exchange proposals over the Gaza Strip.”
Resheq made the remarks on Thursday in response to US president Donald Trump’s call for Hamas to immediately release all the Israeli captives in Gaza.
