The Hind Rajab Foundation filed an official complaint on Wednesday with the Supreme Court of Greece against an Israeli officer currently in the country as a tourist.
According to the foundation, the Israeli officer served as a battalion commander in the Givati Brigade, which has been involved in the campaign of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
