A group of Jewish settlers on Tuesday invaded the archaeological site in the town of Sabastia, north of Nablus.
According to the mayor of Sabastia, the settlers entered the ancient area amid a heavy military presence imposed by Israeli forces, which included the closure of the site and surrounding roads to the public.
