The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has warned that Israel’s declared plan to fully seize Gaza City would unleash devastating humanitarian consequences for Palestinians already deprived of the basic means of survival.
In a statement on Monday, OCHA said that “nearly 86 percent of the Gaza Strip is either under evacuation orders or has fallen within areas under Israeli military control.”
