Richard Falk, former UN Special Rapporteur on Palestine and head of the independent International Gaza Court initiative, has called for international action empowering the UN General Assembly to provide protection for Palestinians, without being blocked by the UN Security Council (UNSC) veto.
In a press conference held Friday in Istanbul, Falk expressed deep disappointment at how Western liberal democracies have colluded in Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza.
