On Friday morning, an Israeli drone strike targeted a car on a coastal highway in southern Lebanon, killing a journalist, the state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported.
The Lebanese ministry of health said that the Israeli airstrike happened on the road of az-Zahrani town in the Nabatieh district and resulted in one fatality.
NNA identified the martyr as journalist Mohamed Shahada, director of the Hawana Lebanon news website.
