The Human Rights Watch (HRW) released a new report on Thursday confirming that Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, have damaged more than 500 schools. Many of these schools were being used as shelters for displaced Palestinian civilians, highlighting the absence of safe spaces for Gaza’s population, most of whom are displaced.
