The Hamas Movement has condemned the large-scale raid on the Aqsa Mosque on Sunday by Israeli settlers, led by extremist Israeli minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Knesset member Amit Halevi, declaring that such incursions will not succeed in altering the Mosque’s Islamic character.
In a press statement, Hamas described the raid as “an escalating crime” and part of the broader Israeli aggression on the Palestinian people, their land, and their holy sites.
