The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor has reported that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have destroyed approximately 97% of Gaza’s livestock through direct bombing and systematic starvation since the start of the genocide in October 2023.
In a statement issued Saturday, the group said the destruction includes poultry, cows, sheep, goats, and working animals such as donkeys and mules, many of which had become Gaza’s only means of transport due to fuel shortages….
