Hours before Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the 80th United Nations General Assembly, Israeli strikes continued to bombard the Gaza Strip. A residential tower in Al Rimal in Gaza City was hit. Al Jazeera’s Ibrahim al-Khalili was there as rescue crews dug for survivors amid the rubble.
