At least five young Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ (IOF) gunfire in Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah, in the early hours of Friday.
Fathi Hamdan, head of the Deir Jarir Village Council, told reporters that IOF opened fire on a group of youths on the road connecting Deir Jarir with the nearby town of Silwad, leaving five people wounded. Two were reportedly in moderate condition, while three sustained minor injuries.
