Algeria, the Arab member of the UN Security Council, has requested a meeting to discuss the Israeli attack on Doha that targeted Hamas leadership.
Reuters, citing unnamed diplomats, reported on Wednesday the call for the meeting, which follows an Israeli strike on Tuesday targeting Hamas leaders in the Qatari capital.
Diplomats stated that Algeria requested the meeting be held later today.
