The Israeli occupation army’s civil administration announced on Tuesday a plan to expand the illegal settlement of Otniel near the entrance of ad-Dhahiriya City, northwest of al-Khalil.
The civil administration said that the expansion project would be carried out on the eastern side of the settlement, adding that Palestinian landowners would be given 60 days to file objections to the plan.
