The Israeli army considers recruiting Jews from abroad to fill shortages in its ranks

The Israeli occupation army is considering bringing in young Jews from abroad and recruiting them to fill the severe shortage in its ranks, estimated at around 12,000 soldiers.

The army’s radio station said on Monday, “In light of the acute shortage of soldiers, the army is studying reaching out to Jewish communities in the diaspora to encourage the recruitment of young Jews from abroad into its ranks.”
