Philippe Lazzarini, the UNRWA Commissioner-General, reported that more than 40,000 children in the Gaza Strip have been killed or injured due to aerial bombardments and shelling since the start of the Israeli genocidal war.
Lazzarini pointed out that at least 100 children have died from malnutrition and starvation amid the ongoing Israeli siege.
