Gaza’s Government Media Office (GMO) said that 20 people were killed when an aid truck overturned on a crowd of aid seekers in central Gaza last night.
In a statement on Wednesday, GMO added dozens of people were also injured in the incident that happened near the Nuseirat refugee camp at around midnight.
