Anwar Bsisa, a 40-year-old modest merchant from Khan Yunis, never imagined that his quest to find food for his children would end with him paralyzed, lying on a hospital bed in Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, unable to move half his body. A sniper bullet from the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) struck him directly in the back while he was trying to help a wounded young man at an aid distribution point in western Rafah.
