Gaza (Quds News Network)- The Revolutionary Court under the Military Judiciary in Gaza has given the Israeli-backed warlord Yasser Abu Shabab ten days to surrender, starting Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The court seeks to prosecute him for serious charges under Palestinian law.
In an official statement, the court said the decision is based on the Palestinian Penal Code No. 16 of 1960 and the Revolutionary Procedures Law of 1979.
