Law suit filed in Barbados Supreme Court against Israel for genocide – Middle East Monitor

The Caribbean Movement for Peace and Integration filed an “urgent” application in the Barbados Supreme Court on Thursday accusing Israel of genocide and crimes against humanity. 

Barbados, a signatory to the United Nations Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the Geneva Conventions, is treaty bound to prosecute individuals for genocide regardless of where the crime was committed.
