UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy stressed the urgent need for an immediate return to the ceasefire in Gaza on Saturday after Israel’s resumption of the genocidal war on March 18.

In a tweet on his X account, Lammy said: “The resumption of Israeli strikes in Gaza marks a dramatic step backward. Alongside France and Germany, the UK urgently calls for a return to the ceasefire.”
