How rearranged genes drive kidney cancer progression

In findings from a study led by investigators at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, scientists report that they have learned how certain combinations of rearranged genes can promote the progression of a rare type of kidney cancer.
